Landsbanki recruit a small number of graduates into trainee positions across a variety of departments within our London offices. The trainee positions provide graduates with the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced and highly regarded specialists within the investment banking arena.

Graduates will be sponsored to gain their FSA qualifications within the first three months of employment, in addition to a number of courses that will enhance your financial analysis and valuation skills and develop your understanding of Investment Banking. Throughout your trainee position, individual training assessments are carried out to ensure that key skills are developed continuously while learning on the job.

What We Look For
We look for the best graduates to join our Company. Your application will be assessed on a number of different factors ranging from academic background, skills, work experience and your career aspirations.
Our basic requirements are as follows:
- GCSE or equivalent: Maths and English (A – C Grades)
- A Level or equivalent: (A – C Grades) preferably in Maths, Business, Economics or Science subjects
- Degree or equivalent: achieved or expecting 2.1 or higher result (preferably in a numerical discipline)
- Desirable to have gained work experience within the financial industry
- Higher qualification i.e. Phd or MBA may enable individuals to be fast tracked within the Company.
