Learn about the companies and what we do
We find it very disappointing at interview stage if it is apparent that you have not taken the time to learn about or researched into our core business areas.
Receiving generic letters/applications forms
We want you to demonstrate that you have clearly thought about why you would be suitable to work for our companies.
Know the Industry
We appreciate that you will be joining us on a Graduate Training scheme, which will involve a steep learning curve, however, we expect Graduates to have a basic understanding of the industry.
Be clear on your career goals
Demonstrate to us that you have thought clearly about the areas of the Company that interest you and why you think that your skills are suitable for that area.
