If you have a complaint

Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited aims to maintain the highest standards, but even in the best-run organisations things sometimes go wrong. However trifling or serious your concerns or complaints are, your contact should be able to resolve them for you.

If this fails to satisfy you then please write to our Compliance Officer, Beaufort House, 15 St Botolph Street, London EC3A 7QR. If you remain dissatisfied with the final response from your contact and the Compliance Officer you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the independent jurisdiction of the Financial Services Ombudsman.
