Funding Criteria
- Receivables: Up to 90% Advance on eligible receivables (funding up to 120 days old or bespoke as required)
- Plant: Advance rates - up to 100% 120 day Ex-situ sale valuation
- Inventory / Stock: Advance rates - up to 90% of net realisable value
- Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property: Advance rates – up to 75% of 365 day value. Up to fifteen years terms as part of a package, or in conjunction with working capital facilities. We do not currently offer stand alone Commercial Mortgages
We are also able to offer additional lending based on financial performance and future prospects.
We also provide cash flow led lending solution. This service is handled by our Leverage Finance Team.
