The operational focus is across Europe and the US and there is a close working relationship with lending groups in other Landsbanki locations, providing clients with immediate access to Landsbanki’s vast network.

The Leverage Finance team has worked with several UK, European and Icelandic private equity investors in previous transactions, delivering very successful lending solutions both for the investor as well as the target company. In these transactions Landsbanki works with the private equity investor to deliver a bespoke financing package, often in very tight timetables.

Leverage Finance works closely with the in-house Commercial Finance lending group. This relationship really enhances the structuring capabilities for Landsbanki, as the bank offers both cash flow loans as well as asset based lending products. In addition, Landsbanki Leverage Finance has access to Landsbanki’s full Corporate Finance capabilities across Europe as well as other investment banking operations, providing a full suite of lending products.
